About this product
A slightly sweet cherry lambic beer made in the traditional Belgian style by the Lindemans family. Lambic beers are fermented using wild yeasts in the air and aged in oak barrels for years to give a sour tart flavour. For this beer, cherries are then added to give the beer a pleasant and full fruity sweetness that offsets the sour base before a pleasing and refreshing tart finish.

WowI saw the Kriek beer on the “How do they do that” program on the TV. I was fascinated and had to try the beer. I ordered some and waited a few days for the perfect time to try it. Nervously I opened the bottle and tasted it and , wow, it was fantastic….. now it’s my regular drink…..

Still my favourite cherry beerFirst discovered this in the Netherlands and it soon became my firm favourite. Just wish I could buy it in bars or pubs as in Netherlands and Belgium

One of the best examples of KriekI absolutely love Belgian cherry beer, there is a Belgian pub local to me that does arguably the best but I really think the Lindemans Kriek could be the best example of Kriek. Highly recommend especially at the price.

Great Fruit BeerTart, semi-sweet deliciousness. This is the best of all the kriek beers. The raspberry beer is lovely too. I have yet to try the cassis or the peach but I'm sure they'll be the same high quality.
