About this product
We contacted Von Winning Winery, loving their wines and on the hunt for high-quality Sauvignon Blanc, they seemed like the perfect collab partner for this fusion product between wine and beer. Von Winning is located just south of Frankfurt, Germany and they immediately loved the idea so they shipped 2000liters of their Sauvignon Blanc and at the same time, we brewed a Blanche wheat beer at LERVIG and dry-hopped it with Nelson Sauvin hops.
