About this product
Assemblage 3 is a unique beer blending the best barrels from our mixed and spontaneously fermented program. The blend was then further aged for 4 months in freshly emptied Chardonnay barrels from one of the UKs leading wineries to give a beautiful depth of character.

Conceived by Mark Tranter ex Dark Star head brewer in a Sussex barn, the brewery is hidden away in the south downs and as such it allows them to brew uncompromising brews of quality and tradition. They use traditional techniques that involve slower yeasts and long maturation times.
