Augustiner Brauerei München in Munich (Germany)
An amber coloured wheat beer, brewed according to traditional and well-honed procedures utilising select ingredients. This beer receives its easy quaffability and its delicate spicy taste from its fermentation, up to full maturity, in bottles and its careful storage within Augustiner's own ripening vaults.

Augustiner Helles Bier is widely regarded as one of the best lagers in the world, and it's hard to argue, especially if you’ve had it straight from the barrel in Munich. From the bottle it's nearly as good, as is their Edelstoff, a stronger premium beer.

It's not Paulaner but it's possibly more thirst quenchingWe like this quality wheat beer a lot. Our fave is Paulaner and this Augustina is a little lighter and less complex. However it's probably a better summer drink because of this for thirst quenching. It's well worth a try as great quality. A downside may be Paulaner bulk purchases may be lower cost than this but some may prefer the Augustine's flavour so recommended.

A great German WeissbierWe always find Augustina a reliable quality Helles beer so their Weissbier does not disappoint. It's very refreshing and not heavy. It's a little maltier than Paulaner (which is one of our favourites) but it's not dissimilar. Also we are always impressed by Beer merchants delivery efficiency. Our order arrived within a couple of days. Great communication and well packed.
